Key Features

Dual-sided coating for perfect transfer: As the middle sheet, CFB paper receives the image from the top sheet (CB) on its front and transfers the image to the bottom sheet (CF) via its back coating - the essential functional core of any multi-part carbonless set.
Optimised for digital printing: Specially formulated surface and stiffness ensure reliable sheet feeding, excellent toner adhesion, and trouble-free runnability on high-speed digital presses and laser printers.
Crisp, durable images: Produces sharp, dense black/blue images with good resistance to fading and abrasion, ensuring long-term legibility of all copies.
High-quality pulp base: Made from 100% virgin fibres, offering high tensile strength, dimensional stability, and superior performance during converting, collating, and folding.
Clean and eco-efficient: Eliminates the need for carbon interleaves; the chemical reaction is clean, smudge-free, and a sustainable alternative to traditional carbon paper.

This product is the ideal middle-sheet base paper for manufacturing a wide range of multi-part business forms, including:

Important note: We supply the coated carbonless base paper (unprinted) - not the final printed forms. This allows converters and printers to produce customised finished products according to their own designs.

Packaging & Shipping Information

Packaging format:
- Sheets: Usually packed in 500 sheets per ream, with reams wrapped in moisture-proof paper and then packed on pallets.
- Reels (rolls): Each roll is wrapped with inner plastic film and outer kraft paper, then palletised and stretch-wrapped.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Typically 3 metric ton (can be adjusted upon negotiation).
Loading capacity:
- 20gp: approx. 14-16 tons
- 40HQ: approx. 25-27 tons
Delivery time: Approximately 10-20 work days after deposit received.
Shipping terms: EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, or CFR, DDP - negotiable.
